Um problema sério, que na maioria das vezes acaba sendo o principal vilão na hora que vamos operar na Bolsa. Nunca estamos satisfeitos com o que ganhamos.

Já não aconteceu com você ? Quando você está operando, e termina a operação, ve que obteve R$ 500,00 de lucro ( exemplo ). Esse era o valor que você tinha em mente, era o quanto queria ganhar. Onde dizia: "Quando eu estiver ganhando isso, eu saio."

Então o mercado vai a seu favor, você sai, feliz da vida com os seus R$ 500,00. E o que acontece ? O mercado explode na direção em que você estava operando, e você o que o seu lucro que foi de R$ 500,00 poderia ter sido de R$ 5.000,00 !!

E você acha que isso não acontece ? Pois fique sabendo que acontece sim, todos os dias, com muitas pessoas !

Dá para entender ? A pessoa fica triste porque ganhou !! Estou "repreendendo" quem faz isso ? Claro que não ! Eu mesmo fiz isso ontem :) Fiz minha operação, quando chegou no valor que eu queria, peguei meu lucro, e sai fora.

Mas não é que aquela porcaria disparou ? Meu lucro poderia ter sido muito maior. Fiquei me sentindo como se tivesse perdido dinheiro, o que não acontenceu ! Bem pelo contrário, ganhei. Mas o sentimento que ficou foi o de derrota...

Bolsa é isso !!! Não é só análise técnica, gráfica ou fundamentalista, é sentimento também ! E acho que não seria certo dizer sentimento também. Para mim, o certo seria dizer: Bolsa é sentimento, e um pouco de análise técnica, gráfica ou fundamentalista, também !!

Neste tempo em que venho operando Bolsa, notei que este é o meu maior problema, e com certeza o da maioria das pessoas que investem. É ser calmo na hora de ser calmo, e agitado na hora que tiver que ser agitado. É ter sangue de barata em pele de leão !

Saibam que lucro, só é lucro depois de vender ( como diria um participante de um fórum sobre bolsa ). E ele só é bom, quando está no seu bolso. Não menospreze o dinheiro, senão ele te desprezará ! Tenha respeito por ele, e ele virá em abundância.

Mas o principal: Siga a risca o seu planejamento. Não se esqueça dele sequer por um minuto.

A iluminação para análise de produtos impressos deve ser padronizada?

Sim. Tanto a temperatura de cor quanto a intensidade do iluminante afetam o resultado impresso, podendo levar a erros de interpretação.

Iluminante padrão D50 - é uma fonte de luz utilizada como padrão de visualização, cuja distribuição espectral é semelhante à da luz do sol do meio dia, com temperatura de cor correlacionada de 5000 K. As normas internacionais especificam que os originais e os produtos impressos devem ser avaliados sob condições padronizadas de iluminação de 5000 K.

Iluminante padrão D65 - é uma fonte de luz utilizada como padrão de visualização, cuja distribuição espectral é semelhante à luz-do-dia, com temperatura de cor correlacionada de 6500 K, utilizada para análise crítica de originais e impressos.

É verdade que a impressão será igual à imagem do monitor do computador?

Não. O espaço de cores do monitor é o RGB, e o da impressão o CMYK. Nenhum espaço de cores é capaz de reproduzir exatamente as características de outro. A expressão cunhada pelos fabricantes de computadores: WYSIWYG, significando: “o que você vê é o que você obtém” ou: o que aparece na tela do monitor de um computador, que não seja monoespaçada, aproxima-se em tamanho e forma aos caracteres tipográficos reais impressos. Portanto, só vale para texto, e não para imagens, principalmente em cores.
Existem sistemas de gerenciamento de cores que diminuem a diferença entre o resultado impresso e aquele visto na tela do computador.

O que é Contraste de impressão?

É a relação entre a densidade de uma área impressa sólida (chapada) e a densidade de uma área impressa com retícula de 75% de ponto, calculada pela diferença de densidade entre o chapado e a retícula dividido pela densidade do chapado, expresso em porcentagem.
O contraste de impressão indica a possibilidade de imprimir detalhes nas áreas mais escuras de uma reprodução, compreendidas entre 75% e 100% de pontos; quanto maior o contraste mais detalhada será a reprodução nessas áreas; conforme a carga de tinta é aumentada a densidade de reflexão nos sólidos aumenta até um máximo (saturação) e, a partir daí, permanece constante; entretanto, nas áreas reticuladas a densidade continua aumentando devido ao ganho-de-ponto, reduzindo o contraste. O contraste relativo pode ser calculado a partir de leituras densitométricas tomadas numa escala de controle de impressão, conforme a equação: C = [(DS - D75)/DS] • 100, onde DS é a densidade do chapado e D75 é a densidade da retícula de 75% de ponto.

O que fazer para garantir a qualidade na impressão ?

O número de variáveis associadas aos insumos usados na impressão (fotolitos, papéis, tintas, chapas, blanquetas, solução de molhagem, solventes etc.), assim como o seu inter-relacionamento, torna a tarefa de imprimir muito complexa e sujeita a erros. Alguns fatores são críticos e devem ser considerados em primeiro lugar:

(a) fotolitos - algumas variáveis (compensação de ganho-de-ponto, balanço de gris, equilíbrio cromático, compressão tonal, escolha da lineatura de retícula e da forma de ponto etc.) só podem ser manipuladas na fase de pré-impressão e, quando mal acertadas, tornam o trabalho do impressor muito difícil.

(b) papéis - as principais características dos papéis relacionadas à printabilidade são: a lisura, a porosidade, a resistência superficial (a seco e a úmido) a brancura e a opacidade.

(c) tintas - as tintas devem ter tack elevado e graduado na seqüência decrescente da primeira à última cor impressa; sua viscosidade deve ser compatível com a velocidade da impressora e com a porosidade do papel; sua cor deve ser coerente com o conceito de seleção de cores adotado na pré-impressão e o seu tipo adequado ao tipo de papel.

(d) chapas - a copiagem das chapas deve ser feita de modo a garantir a mesma curva de reprodução dos fotolitos, ou seja, devem exibir pontos de retícula variando de 1% a 99%, ou próximo disso.

(e) blanquetas - as blanquetas convencionais reproduzem pontos mais precisos do que as blanquetas compressíveis, embora estas últimas sejam mais resistentes ao impacto.

(f) solução de molhagem - esta é a variável mais crítica do processo offset e, por isso, deve receber a máxima atenção. Sua condutividade deve ser mantida num intervalo de variação não superior a + ou - 200 microSiemens e o balanço água-tinta deve ser ajustado de modo a envolver a mínima quantidade de ambos.

Qual o papel da goma-arábica da solução de molhagem?

A goma dessensibilizante deve cumprir duas funções: (a) ser hidrófila e ter maior afinidade pela água do que pela tinta; (b) aderir firmemente à superfície metálica da chapa, visto que a goma é solúvel em água e pode ser dissolvida pela própria solução de molhagem durante a impressão.
Diversos produtos naturais ou sintéticos são hidrófilos: goma-arábica, goma de mesquita, metilcelulose, arabogalactan, dextrinas, alginatos, álcool polivinílico e outros. Entretanto, sua habilidade de aderir ao metal varia amplamente. A maioria dessas substâncias consiste de produtos orgânicos, solúveis em água, contendo grupos hidroxila (OH-) em suas moléculas. Acredita-se que os grupos hidroxila sejam parcialmente responsáveis pela natureza hidrófila desses materiais.
Os melhores agentes dessensibilizantes são ácidos orgânicos fracos de elevado peso molecular, chamados ácidos carboxílicos, com grupos carboxílicos (–COOH) em suas moléculas. Este é o caso da goma-arábica, que é uma mistura de compostos do ácido arábico contendo íons cálcio, potássio e magnésio, um carboidrato de alto peso molecular contendo grupos carboxílicos.
Em presença de um ácido (fosfórico, por exemplo) estes compostos são convertidos em ácido arábico livre. Acredita-se que os grupos carboxílicos do ácido arábico sejam os responsáveis pela adsorção da goma à superfície metálica da chapa.

O Que é Tinta Eletrônica?

Tinta eletrônica é uma tinta de impressão constituída de um colóide disperso em meio líquido contendo em suspensão microcápsulas brancas (carga negativa) e pretas (carga positiva) encerradas numa pequena esfera, que muda de polaridade quando exposta a uma corrente elétrica, por comando remoto de um computador, para formar a imagem sobre o suporte. As microcápsulas têm cerca de 100 µ de diâmetro e sua concentração chega a 100 mil cápsulas por polegada quadrada. Até o momento, a tinta eletrônica só foi utilizada experimentalmente para imprimir cartazes que podem trocar de imagem periodicamente sem precisar ser reimpressos; acredita-se que em futuro breve poderá ser utilizada na impressão de jornais, livros e revistas que alteram as informações por comando de ondas de rádio, ativando um pequeno chip ocluído na lombada do produto.

Papel eletrônico (e-paper) um suporte de impressão impresso com tinta eletrônica, cujo texto pode ser modificado por comando remoto. Existem duas tecnologias em fase de aperfeiçoamento: uma envolve uma lâmina plástica à qual são incorporadas microesferas bicolores, metade branca e metade preta ou colorida, cuja polaridade pode ser modificada de modo a girar algumas esferas, deixando-as com a metade colorida voltada para cima ou para baixo, formando uma imagem; a outra consiste de esferas brancas que flutuam num líquido preto, contido entre duas lâminas plásticas transparentes, que podem afundar no líquido sob a ação de um campo elétrico nas áreas correspondentes ao grafismo, reproduzindo uma imagem preta em fundo branco; nos dois casos, a imagem pode ser modificada a qualquer momento, por controle à distância, e o mesmo suporte pode ser reutilizado durante um longo período de tempo; acredita-se que os principais usos incluam a impressão de jornais, livros, painéis, papel de parede e cartazes.

O que é reticulagem estocástica?

É um processo de reticulagem que reproduz imagens constituídas de micropontos randomicamente distribuídos. A reticulagem é realizada através de softwares especiais instalados em sistemas de editoração eletrônica; dentre as principais vantagens destaca-se a possibilidade de sobreposição de mais do que quatro cores sem a ocorrência de moiré, uma vez que os pontos são distribuídos aleatoriamente; outra vantagem é a reprodução de imagens com maior resolução do que aquela reproduzida por uma retícula convencional de lineatura equivalente; a principal dificuldade é o controle da cópia de chapas, visto que o tamanho dos pontos equivale a um ponto de mínima de uma retícula convencional.

Papel Reciclado !

O Brasil já fabrica papel offset 100% reciclado. A SUZANO lançou no mercado o papel Reciclato, fabricado com 25% de aparas pós-consumo (provenientes de lixo urbano) e 75% de aparas pré-consumo (provenientes de rejeitos industriais). Sua tonalidade é ligeiramente acinzentada, exigindo compensações nos fotolitos.
Testes de impressão indicaram que os melhores resultados são obtidos com compensação de ganho-de-ponto de 20% e limite de carga de tintas (GCR) de 280%.
Pode ser utilizado para imprimir quase todos os produtos normalmente impressos em offset, embora seja particularmente indicado para trabalhos que encerrem um toque de elegância e nobreza, com forte apelo ecológico, como folhetos promocionais, livros, agendas, cartões etc.

Escala de Cor

As escalas de cores são utilizadas para se controlar diversas características do material impresso, compostas por diversos elementos gráficos que possibilitam ao impressor ou ao produtor gráfico obter informações objectivas sobre as condições técnicas dos impressos, em especial no que se refere à análise densitométrica.

Existem diversos fornecedores de barras de cores Brunner, Fogra, Gatf, entre outros, tanto no modo analógico (em filme) como no modo digital, de forma a possibilitar a inclusão destes elementos de controlo directamente no arquivo digital que será utilizado para a gravação da chapa, por exemplo, nos sistemas CTP.

Mais importante que a sua forma, analógica ou digital, são as informações que podemos utilizar para padronizar as condições de impressão de forma a garantir um melhor controlo sobre o material impresso.

Análise sobre alguns dos elementos da barra de cores:

Elementos de cor única:

Estes elementos sólidos (100%) possibilitam a verificação densitométrica da carga de tinta em toda a extensão da folha impressa. Estes dados trazem ao impressor o valor densitométrico que pode ser padronizado durante a impressão.

Elementos com cores sobrepostas:

Estes elementos de sobreposição de cores de escala são as áreas adequadas para a medição dos valores de trapping das tintas. Através da análise destes valores podemos verificar se há problemas de aceitação de tinta sobre tinta o que, na prática, pode significar a possibilidade de se corrigir a sequência de impressão ou a troca de tintas que apresentem algum tipo de problema na aceitação da sobreimpressão.

Elementos reticulados com diferentes percentagens de ponto:

Nestes elementos reticulados, geralmente em percentagens de 25%, 50% e 75%, servem para se verificar o ganho de ponto do material impresso. Como vimos em matérias anteriores o controle do ganho de ponto na impressão é um dos mais importantes controlos do processo gráfico. Caso se verifiquem grandes variações nos valores ajustados na pré-impressão, cabe ao impressor verificar a carga de tinta e/ou a pressão dos rolos, entre outros cuidados, para se determinar a causa do ganho de ponto, mantendo a impressão nos níveis desejados pelo cliente e correctos para o impresso.

Elementos de análise que possibilitam a verificação de diversos aspectos qualitativos do impresso.

Em algumas barras de controle mais complexas, destinadas a verificação mais ampla do impresso, podemos encontrar uma área muito especial também chamada de IT8.

A IT8 é composta na verdade de uma diversidade de elementos e por si já se configura como uma barra de cor especial.

A sua maior utilidade diz respeito a captação de informações para a criação de Perfis ICC para a gestão de cores.

Vejamos os itens que compõem a escala IT8:

Área 1:

Composta pelas cores primárias CMY mais o K e pelas secundárias RGB em tons sólidos que decrescem gradualmente em valores de percentagens de ponto, servem para se fazer uma leitura densitométrica e calorimétrica das cores resultantes da impressão, valores estes que servirão como base para, por exemplo, os softwares de gestão de cores analisarem quais as cores reproduzíveis por aquele determinado equipamento e as compararem com os dados enviados pelo computador, ou constantes do fotolito, podendo, a partir desta comparação, fazer os ajustes necessários para as correcções de cores.

Área 2:

Idem à área 1, agora com análise das áreas de meia tinta da impressão

Área 3:

Idem para as áreas de tons pastéis, geralmente áreas críticas para impressoras digitais que muitas vezes não são capazes de as reproduzir com as variações subtis necessárias.

Área 4:

Composta pelo conjunto de cores mais prováveis de serem encontrados em um impresso a quatro cores e que servem como referencias estatística para os sistemas de gestão de cores.

Área 5:

Composta por áreas de sombra, se destinam a análise da capacidade da impressora em reproduzir tons críticos em áreas de alta saturação e sobreposição de cores, também trazendo subsídios para se determinar os melhores valores de UCR* ou GCR* a serem utilizados.

*UCR = Under Color Removal

*GCR = Gray Component Replacement

São técnicas de remoção de cores primárias e sua substituição pelo pigmento preto.

Área 6:

Composta de variações de cinzentos que serve para a determinação do ganho de ponto e variações tonais no preto, K, que possibilitam verificar isoladamente o comportamento deste pigmento na impressão.

Note-se que o conjunto de dados analisados possibilitará ao software de gestão de cores traçar um verdadeiro perfil do equipamento impressor e com estes dados armazenados na sua memória na forma de um perfil ICC, serão a base para as conversões necessárias para a correlação de cores entre diferentes equipamentos.

O Processo de Revelação

A emulsão sensível uma vez exposta é formada por:

- imagem latente

- cristais de brometo de prata que não foram expostos

Necessidade de um redutor

Para tornar visível a imagem latente são necessários electrões que transformem os cristais de brometo de prata expostos em prata metálica. Estes electrões são cedidos por um redutor, papel desempenhado pelo revelador.

A reacção química que se produz é principalmente de redução-oxidação em que o revelador se oxida ao ceder os electrões à prata.

Acção do revelador no cristal exposto

No processo de revelação, a formação de prata metálica deve-se ao ataque dos electrões cedidos pelo redutor. Mas, em determinadas condições de revelação (tempo, temperatura, revelador, etc.), estes electrões só poderão transformar em prata os cristais que não estão rodeados pela couraça de brometo, quer dizer, a imagem latente.

Assim, esta imagem torna-se visível, ao transformar todo o cristal em prata metálica. Os cristais não expostos devido à sua couraça ou cobertura negativa repeliram os electrões (as cargas eléctricas de sinal igual repelam-se), não impedindo a revelação destes cristais.

Apesar disto, se o revelador é excessivo, a cobertura negativa dos cristais não expostos é incapaz de impedir o ataque dos electrões, pelo que se produzirá uma revelação parcial destes cristais, adquirindo a película uma cor de tom cinzento. Este fenómeno conhece-se como véu químico.

1. O REVELADOR

Componentes de um revelador:

Redutor

É uma substância química que actua principalmente sobre os iões de prata expostos. A substância mais utilizada é o metol e a hidroquinina.

Conservante

Protege o agente revelador da oxidação mediante a acção do oxigénio do ar e reage com o revelador oxidado para evitar que este escureça e manche a emulsão. O conservante mais utilizado é o sulfito de sódio.

Acelerador

O redutor sozinho é pouco eficaz. Por isso necessita de uma base para iniciar a revelação. O acelerante mais comum é o carbonato de sódio. A actividade de um revelador é proporcional à sua alcalinidade.

Retardador anti-sombra

Evita que os cristais não expostos sejam reduzidos à prata metálica e se dê origem à sombra química.

Tipos de reveladores:

Revelador de tom contínuo

O agente revelador é composto à base de metol e de hidroquinona. Segundo a proporção em que se combinam teremos reveladores de tom contínuo mais ou menos suaves, sabendo que a hidroquinona dá contraste e o metol detalhe (recorte). Serve para revelar emulsões de tom contínuo.

Revelador «rapid-access»

É um revelador à base de metol e hidroquinona, muito concentrado, no qual se pode revelar a película de luz diurna, película de tom contínuo e película «lith» exposta com luz «laser» no «scanner».

Revelador «lith»

A hidroquinona, ou agente revelador, tem como substância acelaradora o hidróxido de sódio, que é o que proporciona o efeito «lith». Este tipo de reveladores preparam-se sempre em duas partes separadas. A parte «A» contém os agentes reveladores, é neutra ou ligeiramente ácida, para evitar que os compostos se deteriorem. A parte «B» contém o acelerador e é alcalina. Estas duas partes apenas se misturam quando se vão utilizar, já que a mistura se oxida mais facilmente pelo contacto com o oxigénio do ar. Utiliza-se para revelar emulsões «lith».

Factores físicos que influenciam na revelação:

Concentração do revelador

O fabricante indica uma proporção para dissolver em água o revelador concentrado. Se se aumenta a proporção de água em relação à do revelador, este fica mais suave. Se se diminuir, fica mais activo.

Durante o tempo de revelação a concentração vai diminuindo à medida que o revelador se vai oxidando, fazendo com que este perca a sua eficácia. Por isso deve regenerar-se, para manter constante a concentração e a actividade.

Agitação

Uma maior agitação ajuda a aumentar o contacto do revelador com os cristais e por conseguinte torna o processo mais ágil.

Temperatura

A temperatura normal é de 20ºC, quando o processo se faz manualmente. Se se revela numa reveladora temperatura deve ser de 27ºC. Os reveladores rapid-access podem alcançar 35º ou 40ºC.

Tempo de revelação

A redução de prata produz-se enquanto está em contacto com o revelador. Por esta razão a acção da revelação aumenta com o tempo.

2. BANHO DE PARAGEM

É uma solução ácida composta normalmente por ácido acéptico a 10% e água. A sua função consiste em deter a acção do revelador e proteger o fixador. Isto consegue-se quase automaticamente quando o revelador alcalino é neutralizado pelo banho ácido de paragem. Esta neutralização rápida impede a continuação da revelação sobre a emulsão.

Por vezes utiliza-se água em vez do banho de paragem. Desta forma, dilui-se o revelador da emulsão até deixar de ser eficaz. A duração do banho de paragem deve ser de 10 a 20 segundos.

3. O FIXADOR

Depois da imagem latente ter sido revelada para obter uma imagem visível, a emulsão ainda contém cristais sem exposição que se escurecem se lhes der a luz.

A missão principal do banho fixador consiste em dissolver os cristais de brometo de prata não expostos.

Tipos de fixadores

Neutros

Consistem numa solução pura de tiosulfato. É necessário passar a emulsão por um banho de paragem.

Ácidos

São soluções de tiosulfato sódico. É acrescentada uma substância ácida como o ácido acéptico para neutralizar todo o revelador alcalino que permaneça na emulsão e para contribuir na manutenção da acidez do fixador a um nível adequado. Podem utilizar-se sem banho de paragem.

Rápidos

Contém tiosulfato amónico que é o melhor dissolvente dos sais de prata. A sua acção é mais rápida que a do tiosulfato sódico.

4. LAVAGEM

Com o tempo, os produtos químicos provenientes do fixador que permanecem na película ocasionam a oxidação da imagem. Um banho profundo eliminará os complexos compostos de prata formados pelo banho fixador, evitando a oxidação.

A água tem de ser pura, tanto de sedimentos como de substâncias em suspensão, tais como sais de cálcio, magnésio, cloro, cobre ou ferro (que dão dureza à água). No caso de existir uma grande quantidade de sais, pode ferver-se ou fazê-la passar por filtros especiais para o efeito.

5. SECAGEM

A secagem consiste em evaporar o excesso de humidade que existe na gelatina para posteriormente a podermos manipular.

Para evitar defeitos na emulsão, tal como a fusão da gelatina, deformações no suporte, alteração da dimensão do suporte, etc., é conveniente que a secagem se efectue entre 25º e 40º de temperatura em condições de humidade relativa de 40% a 50%.

Extenões do windows?

Porque é que o Windows não mostra as extensões dos arquivos?

É por que o Windows por padrão mantém esta configuração de ocultar as extensões dos arquivos. Para o que o Windows passe a mostrar as extensões, abra o Windows Explorer, vá até o menu “Ferramentas” e clique em “Opções de Pastas”. Uma vez feito isso, seleccione a guia “Ver”. Finalmente em «Definições avançadas» desmarque o item “Ocultar extensões para tipos de ficheiro conhecidos”. Dê “OK” na janela e pronto, agora os arquivos serão visualizados com as suas devidas extensões. Este processo é para o Windows XP em Português, mas também é parecido com outrod sistemas operativos.

Dialogando com o Chão De Fábrica!

Especialmente no chamado chão de fábrica, operadores se queixam de falta de informações vindas nas Ordens de Serviço. Por outro lado, os chefes de seção se sentem incompreendidos pelos operadores. A questão freqüente é: será que ninguém está falando a mesma língua? O cenário é de perplexidade de todos os lados e muitas horas produtivas são perdidas, sem falar em sucateamento de materiais e atrazos de serviço, com o cliente “chiando” no ouvido do departamento comercial. Então, onde está o problema e qual a solução adequada?
